Product ordered is a bespoke product, made to the exact specification for the customer. There is no right of return under the distance selling regulation. However, if the product has been made that is not to the confirmed agreed specification (size, material, style), or the gate is damaged in transit beyond repair, we will arrange collection for repair or a remake of the gate if appropriate. Please contact our customer team within 14 days of receipt of goods.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure their measurements are correct. Therefore, we can not return or exchange products that are the wrong size due to the customers incorrect calculations. Orders should be fully checked before payment is made to make sure measurements and details are correct.

We are not responsible for any defects or damage once the product has been stained/oiled/painted or installed by the customer.
Timber is a natural product and it is possible for some splits cracks and shakes to appear. These natural occurrences will not affect the durability of the gate and are not covered by the warranty. Different timbers can react to variations in temperature and humidity and natural movement and twisting can also occur. This is natural movement and is not covered by your warranty.
No guarantee can be given against damage made to the gate after installation, for example wind or storm damage.
Exact colours cannot be guaranteed and colours seen on the website can be different dependant on computer settings. Some variation and staining may occur due to natural secretions of the wood. Treatments can not be guaranteed.
Stellar Gates Ltd reserve the right to cancel and refund under certain circumstances due to unforeseen problems.
Payment is due in full once the order is made. No manufacturing will begin until full payment is made.
